You can request your to send your DAN to each of your professors using the tools in this module. Once a request is submitted it will be automatically approved if you do not require any changes to your accommodation(s).
If you do require changes, Disability Services will be notified and the process will begin to update your accommodation(s).
You may need to meet with Disability Services as part of this process. Once a request has been approved, your professor(s) will receive an email and instructions on how to access your Disability Accommodation Notice by logging into the Disability Services Professor Portal.
You are able to access your own DAN,on this portal at any time once your accommodation(s) have been approved.
